Below, is a synopsis of The Curator

After Audrey’s fiancé abruptly calls off their wedding—just as she’s about to mail the invitations—her best friend Ruthie urges her to leave Brookside behind and start over in Los Angeles. Ruthie even has a job waiting: assisting her employer, Vincent, the charismatic owner of the Golden Tiki nightclub and an avid art collector. For Audrey, who once dreamed of painting but settled for a bank job, the chance feels like a doorway back to herself.

In LA, Audrey is dazzled by Vincent’s private gallery, filled with newly discovered masterpieces that seem almost miraculous. But as she settles into her role, small inconsistencies begin to trouble her. Provenances shift. Stories change. And the more she learns, the more she suspects that the truth behind the paintings is far more tangled—and dangerous—than she imagined.

At the same time, Audrey grapples with her own artistic identity. She loves painting realistic landscapes, yet the art world around her is enthralled with Abstract Expressionism. Her ex‑fiancé, Carl, suddenly reappears, eager to resume their engagement. And Vincent—brilliant, magnetic, and morally complicated—draws her in ways she never expected.

Caught between two men, two futures, and two versions of herself, Audrey must decide who she wants to become—and how far she’s willing to go to uncover the truth hidden in the art she’s been asked to protect.
